Semi Private Training
Small group personal training with 3-10 participants. Focussing on fat loss, mobility, strength and overall physical improvement. Includes in-depth programming, one-on-one coaching time and great social accountability.

In our Group Fit classes, you can expect to be lead by our coaches through various exercises such as weight lifting, powerlifting, and other functional movements.

Group Fit classes allow you to improve skills in barbell movements and to increase your fitness level through high-intensity conditioning.
These classes can be scaled to be appropriate for all skill levels and abilities.
Women’s Fit
This class is a welcoming space for women to go at their own pace and learn a variety of mobility exercises, strengthening movements for the full body, fun cardio exercises to provide conditioning, breathing techniques, and is a supportive place to meet and connect with other women!
These classes can improve your overall mobility, help relieve muscle tightness, increase muscle mass and strength gains, decrease body fat, help with weight loss, and decrease anxiety through breathwork.
Powerlifting Club
Train in a small group setting with six-time Ontario’s Best Powerlifting Club (OPA) with the best coaches around. Learn, train and improve your skills in the squat, bench press and deadlift. Includes programming and one-on-one coaching time.
The only prerequisite is a good attitude and a great work ethic!
Teen Girls Fit
Teen Fit is a program designed to introduce girls ages 10-16 years to fitness in a healthy way.
The program includes mobility exercises, strength and conditioning basics, injury prevention, sport specific training, and breathing exercises to help decrease anxiety.
This class is perfect for the girls who would like to boost their confidence, increase their athletic potiential, gain strength and power, and improve their overall mental & physical health.
Athletes
Our professional strength and conditioning coaches provide athletes with the training and fundamentals needed to excel in any level of play. We offer programs for pro, amateur and youth athletes.
After School
We offer after school athlete programs for kids ages 9 and up! Kids can learn the essentials of strength and conditioning in order to improve confidence, give them an edge in sport and to simply keep them moving. These classes are offered in a small group setting with one of our coaches.
